The customer is responsible for payment of their booking to the agency. If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, you are responsible for the full amount of your booking value. Any changes to a reservation must be done through Travel Sulit Travel and tours Agent. Travel Sulit Travel and Tours will try and accommodate all changes to your reservation, subject to hotel availability, provided reservation change requests are made as far in advance as possible.
